While Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data is far from perfect, it is widely used and contains a huge amount of valuable information relevant to property professionals. The data and analytics provided through the PropEco Enhanced EPCs endpoint are based on an enhanced version of the EPC dataset that has been cleaned and augmented to remove inconsistencies & errors, derive additional insights and update estimates based on historical energy prices.
