• If Yesil Ltd is liable to you under these Terms of Use for any reason, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for API access in the 6 months preceding the event in which such liability first arose.
• Yesil cannot guarantee the continuous operation of the API or its freedom from technical errors and accepts no liability for such interruptions or errors.
